Andrew Gaffey Limited is dedicated to raising technical service standards in the commercial swimming pool industry by providing new and bespoke training packages for service companies, individuals and pool operators alike. We build on the industry training already available by adding new and more advanced level training for the specialist areas of water treatment and chemical dosing and control, helping service technicians and pool plant operators to develop new skills and become more proficient in their roles, and therefore highly valued by their employers and customers.
Over 35 years’ experience.
Andrew Gaffey has gained over 38 years’ of experience in the commercial pool industry, specialising in filtration, chemical dosing and control, plant design and refurbishment projects, and water chemistry optimisation. Andrew has trained hundreds of contractors and local authority staff over the years and has presented training and technical presentations at company and pool industry events in the UK and overseas. Andrew is an STA Pool Plant Tutor, a member of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers, the Water Management Society, the Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group (PWTAG), and has represented British Water at PWTAG Council.
